By logging on with the secure password provided by the University of Missouri, the contractor certifies that all items and amounts submitted on the Periodic Estimate for Partial Payment are correct; that all work has been performed and/or material supplied in full accordance with the referenced Contract and/or duly authorized deviations, substitutions, alterations, and/or additions; that the foregoing is a true and correct statement of the contract account up to and including the last day of the period covered by this Periodic Estimate; that the Contractor and his subcontractors have complied with, or that there is an honest dispute with respect to, the labor provision of this said contract, and that no part of the "Balance Due This Payment" has been received.

Sustainable Design Policy

It is the policy of the University of Missouri to incorporate sustainability principles and concepts in the design of all facilities and infrastructure projects to the fullest extent possible, while being consistent with budget constraints , appropriate life cycle cost analysis, and customer priorities. This policy applies to renovation and new construction regardless of funding source or amount; to projects accomplished both in-house and through A/E contracts; and to design associated with all construction methods.
